EAT AT SET TIMES
- Make breakfast an important meal 
- Don’t skip lunch to avoid feeling drained and peckish. 
- Have a light supper: calories absorbed during the night are only partially eliminated. 
- Eat food that assists slimming: depurative vegetables (cabbage, artichoke, spinach, asparagus, etc), pineapple for the digestion, apples to detoxify, cherries and grapes for their diuretic action. 
- Eat sensible portions, without taking another helping. 
- Check that “low calorie” dishes are low in sugar and fat and not too rich in salt.

     Choose good carbohydrates. Raw carrot (not cooked), broccoli, asparagus, courgettes, leeks, spinach, etc. Get plenty of vitamins from mangoes, citrus fruits, soft fruits, pears, peaches, apples, kiwis, etc. Say yes to lentils, dried beans, peas, “al dente” pasta, whole-grain basmati or wild rice, whole-grain or rye bread. Say no to potatoes and white bread.

MASSAGE YOURSELF EVERYDAY
- Apply your slimming cream after showering 
- Exercise after applying the slimming treatment
