Simple rules of nutrition Basic rules: 1. Drink 30 minutes to an hour before meals. 2. Don’t drink during meals. 3. Drink 2 to 3 hours after meals 4. Drink every hour between these limits. 5. Stop drinking 1 hour before the next meal. 6. Drink 1.5 to 2liters a day in average. Generic rules : 1. Don’t drink when you eat, not before and not just after meals 2. Don’t mix liquid and solid during a meal. 3. Please respect the time intervals between drinks and meals and vice versa. 4. A small Expresso coffee is allowed after the meal. Breakfast: 1. Coffee, tea, black chocolate or chicory. 2. 2 piece of breads with 5g of butter or 1 protein sachet. 3. 1 roux sugar in the coffee or tea. 4. Avoid milk during the treatment (because of lactose) Lunch and Diner Forbidden foods are: 1. Bread, noodles, potatoes, cakes. 2. Flour, starchy foods (rice, couscous…) 3. Alcohol (aperitifs, wine, champagne, liqueurs…) 4. Cook fats or solid fat even not cook. 5. Avoid fruits during diet (because of Fructose) Allowed foods are: 1. All vegetables oils are allowed (to advice: olive, Soya, colza and walnuts oils) 2. All vegetables and crudity except (avocado, corn, beetroot, peas, beans, chickpea, flageolets, rice, dry fruits) 3. All meats (preferably grilled or boiled) 4. Cook pork meats (with moderation). 5. All fishes and seafood. 6. All cheeses. 7. Fromage blanc without sugar.
